- Bachelor degree in library science
- Experience in conducting information class for research class during 2 years of career
- Be able to put into practice about IL model : big6, seven pillars, empowering 8, the seven faces of information literacy
- Have deep knowledge about turnitin & mendeley
- Have deep knowledge about media literacy
- Be able to put into practice acrl information literacy standard
- Be able to put into practice pedagogy concept during teach the class.
- Know how to run spss, amos & lisrel (optional)
- Analytical skills are highly needed
- Be able to work under pressure
