We are an international school located in PIK is looking for competent candidates to fill up the positions listed below:

SCHOOL LIBRARIAN (SCL)

General Qualifications:

1. Male/Female, max. age 30 years;
2. Min. D3 or Bachelor Degree (fresh graduates are welcomed);
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office & Internet;
4. Highly Systematic & Organized with administration, data entry, & database;
5. Good verbal & written communications skills (English);
6. Knowledge in Mandarin verbal or written is an advantage;
7. Possesses initiative and ability to work independently with minimal direction;
8. Available to work immediately;
9. Preferably living around West or North of Jakarta.

Requirements:

1. Strong attention to detail, responsible and reliable to handle collections of books and journals (both paper and electronic), as well as websites;
2. Managing and supporting the provision of reading lists and allocating length of loans;
3. Creating, updating and managing information resources, both electronic and printed;
4. Selecting, acquiring and cataloguing information using library and information software;
5. Contributing to academic course development and liaising with academic departments;
6. Delivering information and learning skills courses for students and staff.
